| 摘 要： | 门诊总服务台是门诊护士为病人提供优质、高效、低耗服务的场所，本文对服务台的地位、作用和服务内容，以及本人多年来在服务台工作的体会和感悟进行了综述。并结合服务台的特点做好门诊宣传工作，以提高病人的健康水平。

| Abstract: | Clinic service center is the place where the nurses can help patients with higher quality and efficiency as well as less expenditure of time. The article summarizes the function and content of the service based on the experience obtaining from the practical job. The propagandas for clinic service centre are made so as to improve the patients' health status. |
