1124例老年患者动态心电图分析

目的探讨老年人动态心电图(DCG)检查时各种心律失常和心肌缺血的检出率及最低心率情况。方法回顾性分析1124例老年患者24h动态心电图的资料。结果老年人房性和室性心律失常发生率较高。最低心率<30次/min者21例(1.86%),并伴有长R-R间期(3.02s~6.86s)。心肌缺血690例(61.38%),其中443例(64.20%)为完全无症状性心肌缺血。结论对老年人心律失常及无症状性心肌缺血应引起重视,建议60岁以上老年人定期进行DCG检查,以便及早发现异常并及时治疗,防止意外发生。

Analysis of Dynamic Elctrocardiogra in 1 124 Elderly Patients

Objective To investigate the incidences of arrthythmias,myocardial ischemia and the minimal heart rate in elderly patients.Methods Reciew the data of 24 hours dynamic electrocardiogram(DCG) in 1 124 eldarly patients.Results Atrial and ventricular arrhythmia in elderly patients are higher.The minimal heart rate less than 30 beats per minute was found in 21 cases(1.86%),some of which had long R-R period(3.02~6.86).Myocardial ischemia was found in 690 cases (61.38%),in which 443 cases (64.20%) were complete asymptomatie.Conclusion We pay great attention to the elderly arrhythnia and myocardial ischemia symptoms,and we suggest that the elderly over 60 should take the DCG regularly,so that we can find the unusualness and treat it in time,and prevent accident.
