维生素C对肾血卟啉光动力学效应的影响

摘    要:本文观察了给予维生素C(Vit C)后小鼠肾脏及原代人胚肾上皮细胞的血卟啉光动力学效应,Vit C可以部分地保护碱性磷酸酶、细胞色素氧化酶和琥珀酸脱氢酶,降低血卟啉光动力学对这些酶的抑制作用,但不能减轻细胞结构的破坏,也不能延缓肾组织坏死出现的时间。实验结果表明;自由基可能是血卟啉光动力学中的一种作用形式,但主要作用形式可能是由于单态氧的作用。

Abstract:Photodynamic inactivation of HpD on mouse kidneys and primary humanembryonic renal cells was studied after the experimental mice having beengiven vitamin C, a natural free radical eliminator. Histochemistry observation.showed that Vitamin C exerted a partial protective effect on the activityof AKP, Cytox and SDH. But morphological examination and cellular mortalityshowed that there was still disruption of renal cellular structure and the timeof cellular necrosis was not delayed either. These findings indicate thatbiomolecular free radical is one of the acting forms of photodynamic inactiva-tion, but not the main acting form. However, singlet molecular oxygen may bethe main acting form.
