| 摘 要： | 目的观察长春瑞滨静脉化疗所致的不良反应及不同护理方式对患者的影响。方法选择我科2009年6月～2011年6月收治的120例使用长春瑞滨静脉化疗的癌症患者,随机分为对照组和实验组,每组各60例。对照组患者给予常规护理,实验组患者给予有针对性的强化护理,比较两组患者不良反应的发生情况。结果长春瑞滨静脉化疗后,主要导致患者发生骨髓抑制、神经毒性反应、胃肠道反应和注射部位红肿。对照组不良反应的发生率为38.33%,实验组不良反应的发生率为10.0%,两组间的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论有针对性的强化护理措施可显著降低长春瑞滨静脉化疗所致不良反应的发生率,值得临床推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the adverse reactions induced by intravenous chemotherapy with navelbine and the nursing experience. Methods 120 cases of cancer hopitalized in our department from June 2009 to June 2011 and treated by intravenous chemotherapy with navelbine were selected and randomly divided into the control group and experimental group, 60 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with conventional care, while patients in the experimental group were treated with targeted strengthening nursing, the incidence of adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups. |
