妇科养荣胶囊联合米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效分析

目的观察妇科养荣胶囊联合米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效。方法将86例确诊为子宫肌瘤的患者随机分为对照组和实验组,实验组患者给予妇科养荣胶囊4粒,口服3次/天,同时加用米非司酮30mg·d-1,对照组患者仅给予米非司酮30mg·d-1,从月经第1天开始服用,连服16周。治疗前后通过彩色多普勒超声测量子宫及子宫肌瘤的三维径线及放射免疫法测定血清孕酮和雌二醇的含量。结果实验组治疗总有效率为95.7%,显著高于对照组(80.0%)(P<0.01);实验组患者用药后子宫体积比用药前缩小27.9%(P<0.05),肌瘤体积缩小57.1%(P<0.01),对照组患者用药后子宫体积比用药前缩小18.8%(P<0.05),肌瘤体积缩小38.2%(P<0.01);实验组患者治疗后子宫及肌瘤缩小的幅度显著高于对照组(P<0.05);此外,两组患者治疗后孕酮和雌二醇的含量较治疗前均明显降低(P<0.01)。结论妇科养荣胶囊联合米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤的疗效明显优于单独应用米非司酮,其机制可能与其降低血清孕酮和雌二醇的含量有关。

Analyzing Clinical Effects of Gynecological Yang Rong Capsule Combined with Mifepristone on Patients with Hysteromyoma

Objective To explore the clinical therapeutic effects of Gynecological Yang Rong capsule combined with Mifepristone on the patients with hysteromyoma.Methods 86 patients with hysteromyoma were randomly divided into the experimental group and control group.Patients in the experimental group were treated with the Gynecological Yang Rong capsule(3 times per day and 4 pills per time) and Mifepristone(30 mg·d-1) for 16 weeks,while patients in the control group were only treated with the Mifepristone(30 mg·d-1) for 16 weeks.All the treatments were given from the first day of the menses.The size of uterus and the three-dimensional diameter of the myoma were measured by the colored Doppler ultrasound examination and the contents of serum E2 and P were detected by radioimmunoassay before and after treatment.Results The effective rate of experimental group was 95.7%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(80.0%)(P<0.01).The volume of uterus and myoma in the experimental group reduced 27.9% and 57.1% respectively(P<0.05),while in the control group,they reduced 18.8% and 38.2%(P<0.05).The volume of uterus and myoma decreased much more in experimental group than that in control group(P<0.05).In addition,the content of E2 and progesterone after treatment were both lower than those before treatment(P<0.01).Conclusion Gynecological Yang Rong capsule combined with Mifepristone treatment had a much better therapeutic effect than single Mifepristone treatment.This may be related to its function in decreasing the contents of serum E2 and progesterone.
