血腑逐瘀汤对子宫肌瘤雌激素受体和BCL-2 表达的影响

目的探讨血腑逐瘀汤对子宫肌瘤雌激素受体、BCL-2表达的影响及其作用机制。方法采用肌注雌激素法造模,把SD大鼠随机分成对照组、模型对照组、低剂量组、中剂量组和高剂量组,用免疫组化法测定大鼠子宫内膜中ER含量以及凋亡基因Bcl-2蛋白的表达。结果随着血腑逐瘀汤剂量的增大,大鼠子宫重量和大鼠子宫内膜ER含量明显降低;平滑肌Bcl-2蛋白表达明显增多(P<0.01)。结论血腑逐瘀汤可显著抑制子宫肌瘤雌激素受体的表达,同时可降低子宫肌瘤模型大鼠细胞凋亡蛋白Bcl-2阳性表达。

The impact of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction on the Expression of Estrogen Receptor and BCL-2 in Hysteromyoma

Objective To detect the effect of the Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction on the expression of estrogen receptor and the BCL-2 in hysteromyoma and its mechanism.Method The hysteromyoma model is made by injection of the estrogen.The SD female rats were randomly divided into the control group,model group,low-dosage group,middle-level dosage group and high dosage group.Immunochemical method was used to test the amount of the ER and expression of the BCL-2 protein of the apoptosis gene in the rats’ endometrium.Results With the increase of the dose of the Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction,the weight of the uterus and the amount of the ER decreased significantly(P<0.01);The amount of the BCL-2 protein positive cells in smooth muscle of the model group increases markedly(P<0.01).Conclusion Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction has an inhibitory effect on the expression of ER in hysteromyoma model rats;it also can lower the protein expression of the BCL-2 in the same model.
