复方苦参注射液联合化疗治疗晚期结肠癌的临床疗效分析

目的探讨复方苦参注射液联合化疗治疗晚期结肠癌的临床疗效。方法选取72例2007年8月～2011年2月入我院治疗且确诊为晚期结肠癌的患者为研究对象,将其随机分为治疗组(复方苦参注射液联合化疗组,36例)和对照组(单纯化疗组,36例),比较两组患者治疗后的疗效和生活质量的改变以及不良反应的发生情况。结果治疗组患者治疗有效率及生活质量的改善率分别为83.3%和75%,均显著高于对照组(分别为58.3%和38.8%)(P<0.05);且治疗组的不良反应较对照组明显减轻(P<0.05)。结论复方苦参注射液联合化疗治疗晚期结肠癌的治疗有效率和患者生活质量的改善率均显著高于单纯化疗,且不良反应较轻,值得临床推广和应用。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of chemotherapy treatment with compound sophora flavescens injection on terminal colorectal cancer. Methods From August 2007 to February 2011, 72 patients who were diagnosed as terminal colorectal cancer were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. 36 cases in the treatment group received chemotherapy along with the compound sophora flavescens injection. The 36 cases in the control group only received chemotherapy. The therapeutic effects, quality of life and adverse effects were compared between the two groups. Results The effective rate and the improvement rate of life quality were 83.3% and 75% respectively in the treatment group, and both higher than those in the control group (58.3% and 38.8% respectively) (P<0.05); in addition, the adverse effects in the treatment group were less and lighter than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The combined treatment of compound sophora flavescens injection and chemotherapy showed a markedly higher effective rate and life quality improvement rate of patients with terminal colorectal cancer than simplex chemotherapy. It was worth generalizing and applying in clinic.
