| 摘 要： | 莪术油是中药莪术的主要有效成分,莪术醇、β-榄香烯、莪术二酮和吉玛酮是莪术油的主要活性成分和指标性成分,其有效成分的含量测定方法主要有紫外-可见分光光度法、气相色谱法、高效液相色谱法、反相高效液相色谱法、气质联用色谱法等,莪术油能有效抑制子宫癌、乳腺癌、肝癌、肺癌、胃癌等多种肿瘤细胞的生长。莪术油是一个药理活性强的药物,抗肿瘤是莪术油最主要的药理活性,有着非常广阔的应用前景。

| Abstract: | Zedoary oil is the main active ingredient in traditional Chinese Medicine Curcuma,while the curcumol,β-elemene,curdione and germacrone are the main active and indicator ingredients of the zedoary oil.The methods of detecting the main contents of zedoary oil include UV-vis,gas chromatography(GC),high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC),reverse phase high-performance liquid chromatography(RP-HPLC),GC-MS and others.The zedoary oil can inhibit the tumor cell growth in the uterine cancer,breast cancer,liver cancer,lung cancer and stomach cancer.It has strong pharmacological activity,and the most important one is anti-tumor activity.The zedoary oil has very broad application prospects. |
