济宁市第一人民医院绩效支付体系效果评价

摘    要:文章运用DEA法对某医院绩效分配方案效果进行了评价,结果表明医院业务量和效率有了明显提高,但每病例费用增加明显.分析原因在于方案实行经济收入提成,过多考虑医院局部经济效益,来立足整个社会效益的提高.提出适当减少经济指标占提成中的比例、选取诊疗收入来代替总收入作为收入指标,增加病人满意度或病人的反应相关指标体系等建议.

Abstract:This article evaluates salary distribution of one hospital by DEA.It shows that the practice quantity and efficiency of is because that the pay system emphasizes the economic effcet too much instead of the social effect.It propose that we should reduce the importance of the economic index, choose the diangonsis and treat income instead of the total income,add the patient stisfactory index.
