隐匿性乳腺癌临床诊治分析

目的分析隐匿性乳腺癌的诊断和治疗经过,总结其诊断和治疗的经验与方法。方法回顾性分析27例隐匿性乳腺癌诊断治疗方法。结果27例隐匿性乳腺癌患者经腋窝淋巴结针吸或切除病理检查,明确诊断。其中5例完整保留乳房,6例行乳房象限切除术,16例行根治或改良根治术,所有患者术后均行化疗、放疗等治疗。结论腋窝淋巴结针吸或切除活检和免疫组化检查对隐匿性乳腺癌诊断有重要意义,治疗宜选择根治术或改良根治术,并辅以化疗、放疗等综合治疗。

Analysis on Diagnosis and Treatment of Occult Breast Cancer

Objective To analyze the diagnosis and treatment of occult breast cancer,explore the reasonable method of diagnosis and treatment of occult breast cancer.Methods The authors retrospectively analyzed the diagnosis and treatment of 27 cases with occult breast cancer.Results All 27 patients were pathologically proved by core needle biopsy or incision of axillary mass.5 patients received lumpectomy,6 patients received quadrantectomy,16 patients received radical or modified radical mastectomy,all patients received chemotherapy and radiotherapy after operation.Conclusion Core needle biopsy or incision of axillary mass and immunochemical examination have important significance in diagnosis of occult breast cancer,and preferred treatment of occult breast cancer was radical or modified radical mastectomy with subsequent chemotherapy and radiotherapy.
