妇乐止痛露治疗痛经的药效学

目的：本实验主要研究妇乐止痛露（FZL）治疗痛经的作用机理。方法：用LMS-2B型二道生理记录仪，JH-1B型肌张力传感器描记未孕大鼠在体子宫和离体子宫正常收缩曲线与药物作用下的收缩曲线，观察描记的曲线变化。结果：妇乐止痛露可使未孕大鼠在体子宫收缩频率减小，幅度降低，而且随FZL药物浓度的增加作用更加明显；明显对抗前列腺素（PGF2a)所致大鼠子宫肌挛性收缩及减少大鼠扭体次数；FZL可扩张子宫韧带微血管，改善子宫微循环。结论：妇乐止痛露治疗痛经与抑制PGF2a的活性。改善子宫微循环，促进子宫血运畅通有关。妇乐止痛露治疗妇女痛经取得显著疗效。

The study of pharmaceutical effect of Fulezhitonglu on dysmenorrhea

OBJECTIVE The curative effect of dysmenorrhea treated by Fulezhitionglu(FZL) is obvious. The main objective of the exam is to study the functional principle of FZL on treating dysmenorrhea. METHODS The normal contract curve and the curve under the effect of FZL of the intra-body,extra-body non-pragnant wombs arc described by LMS-2B dual physiology recorder and JH-1B muscle tension sensor. The changes of the curve are studied. RSULTS FZL can reduce the contract rate of the womb of the non-pregnant mouse, decrease the amplitude of vibration. The sort of effect goes up with the more amount use of FZL, It obviously resist the spasm contracture of the womb and decrease the limes of turning-body of the mouse induced by PGF2a, It can extend the capillary of the ligament of the wombso as to improve the micocirculation. CONCLUSION The effect of FZL on treating dysmenorrhea is related to the activity of PGF2a,the improvement of microcirculation of the womb and the fluent blood flow of the womb.
