银杏外种皮中银杏酸抗植物病原真菌活性研究

摘    要:目的:研究银杏酸对植物病原真菌的抗菌活性,为银杏外种皮的开发利用提供基础。方法:用石油醚回流提取镢杏外种皮得粗提物,再经硅胶柱色谱分离、纯化得银杏酸混合物,用HPLC法分析了其中银杏酸的含量,采用菌落生长直径测定法测定了它们对12种病原真菌的抗菌活性。结果:粗提物和银杏酸混合物中银杏酸含量分别为58.6%和86.3%,它们对多种病原真菌都有活性,具有相同的抗菌谱,两样品对花生网斑病菌生长的抑制率最高。结论:银杏外种皮中银杏酸是抗菌活性成分之一,还含有其他抗菌活性物质,可开发成生物农药.

Abstract:Objective: For providing with basis in developin g Ginkgo biloba sarc otesta, antifungal activity of ginkgolic acids (GA) on pathogenic fungi was stud ied. Methods: The crude extract was obtained by light pe troleum reflux extr action. The mixture of GA could be separated by silica gel column. GA was determ ined by HPLC. The antifugal activities of two samples on twelve kinds of pathoge nic fungi were studied. Results: The GA contents of the crude extract and the GA mixture was 58.6% and 86.3% respectively. They have antifungal activities on m ost of fungi. The inhibitory rate on Phoma arachidicola was highest. C onclusion: Ginkgolic acid is one kind of antifugal activity ingredient in Ginkgo biloba sarcotesta. In addition, there may be other antifungal ingredie nts. Ginkgo biloba sarcotestas could be developed as biological pesticides.
