| 摘 要： | 本文应用放射配体结合法测定了３０例ＡＬＬ骨髓细胞ＧＣＲ为７８７３±３００２位点／细胞；１７例ＡＮＬＬ为６１１３±１６２２位点／细胞（Ｐ＜０．０５）。形态学分型Ｌ１型１７例，ＧＣＲ为７２６７±３１７８位点／细胞；Ｌ２型１３例，ＧＣＲ为７６５０±３３６２位点／细胞（Ｐ＞０．０５）。临床分型标危型ＡＬＬ１４例，ＧＣＲ为８９９８±１９６３位点／细胞；高危型９例为５８４７±３８８５位点／细胞（Ｐ＜０．０５）。对１８例ＡＬＬ经联合化疗完全缓解前后比较发现，ＧＣＲ分别为８１１５±３２５８位／细胞和４６６９±２１０６位点／细胞（Ｐ＜０．０１）。本实验同时测定了ＡＬＬ和ＡＮＬＬ患儿血浆皮质醇浓度，平均分别为１１２．２０±４１．１４ｎｇ／ｍｉ和１０４．６５±４３．４９ｎｇ／ｍｌ，相关系数分别为ｒ＝０．１５和０．１１，说明ＧＣＲ表达水平不受皮质醇含量的影响。

| Abstract: | Abstract:This study measured the levels of GCR in bone marrow cells of 47 cases of children withleukenda by tadioloigand binding assay. The mean levels of 30 cases of children with ALLwere 7873±3002 sites/cell； those of 17 cases with ANLL were 6113±1622 sits/cells (P<0.05). The mean levels of ALL-L1 (17 cases) were 7267±3178 sits/cell; those of ALL-L2 (13cases) were 7650±3362 sits/cell (P<0. 05). The standard risk ALL (SR-ALL) (14 cases)were 8998±1963 sits/cell; the high risk ALL(HR-ALL) (9 cases) 5847±3885 sits/cell (P<0. 05). The GCR levels of 18 cases with ALL were 8115±3258 sits/cella before combinationchemotherapy, those were 4669±2106 sits/cell after combination chemotherapy (P<0. 01),The mean levels of plasma cortisol of ALL and ANLL were 112^2±41. 14ng/ml and 104. 65±43. 49ng/ml, respectively, (r=0. 15 and 0. 11). The results suggested that the mean GCRexpression of ALL and ANLL had no relatioship with.plasma cortisol. |
