摘    要:目的:观察采样高度对空气菌落数的影响,以便选择科学的采样方法。方法:采用自然沉降法,对不同高度采样结果进行实验观察比较。结果:将采样平板分别置于地面和50cm、100cm、150cm处,平均菌落数依次为527cfu/m3、415cfu/m3、453cfu/m3和239cfu/m3,方差分析P<0.01;按照Ⅲ类环境标准,不同高度空气卫生学监测合格率分别为45%、70%、55%和100%。结论:不同高度采样空气卫生学监测结果有明显差异,建议规范和标准作出一致的规定,并制定出统一的标准采样用具。

Abstract:Objective In order to observe the influnce of air bacterial count by sampling method.Methods Natural sedimentation was used to observe and compare the sampling result at different height.Results Put the plate sparately on the ground and 50 cm,100 cm,150 cm,the average bacterial count were 527 cfu/m3,415 cfu/m3,453 cfu/m3,239 cfu/m3,P<0.01.According to class-Ⅲ enviromental sanitary standard of hospital,the air sanitary monitoring quality eligible rate was 45%,70%,55% and 100% separately at different sampling height.Conculusion The sampling efficacy of air sanitary monitoring has obviously different at different height.Suggested that make the regulation standardly,and formulate the uification sampling apparatus.
