| Abstract: | This paper reports 10 cases of oromaxiliofacial defect which have been repaired by grafting pectoralis major myocutaneous flap with pedicle and a satisfactory effect has been achieved. It introduces the operation and discusses with emphasis the superiority of the operation ,noticeable points during and after the operation, and the relationship, between defect of tissue due to the operation for oromaxiliofacial neoplasm and direct repair of the defect by grafting pectoralis major myocutaneous flap with pedicle. We are of the opinion that it is a superior plastic means to repair oromaxiliofacial defect by grafting directly pectoralis major myocutaneous flap with pedicle. |
