经肛门括约肌的直肠外科手术

作从１９８９年１０月￣１９９４年１月采用经骶尾部经肛门括约肌径路的方法为３０例中下段直肠疾病的患施行了手术。其中直肠癌１３例，直肠绒毛状腺瘤１２例，其他良性疾病５例。手术视病情有三种不同的切除法可供选择。本方法具有手术途径直接、术野浅而显露好、手术损伤小并能最大限度地保留肛门等优点。

Transsphincteric operation of the rectum

From 1989 to 1994 transsphincteric operations were performed for patients with diseases of the mid and low rectum. These included rectal carcinoma 13, villous adenoma 12 and other benign lesions 5 cases. There were three methods of OperatiOn for choice, dependent upon lesions of the rectum.The transsphincteric approach possesses the advantage of a direct operative field and a good exposition.
