疏血通注射液治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足40例疗效观察

目的观察疏血通注射液治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足的临床疗效和对脑血流的影响。方法将椎-基底动脉供血不足住院患者80例随机分为2组。对照组40例给予0.9%氯化钠注射液250mL 维脑路通注射液240mg,每日1次静脉滴注。治疗组40例在对照组治疗基础上加用0.9%氯化钠注射液250mL 疏血通注射液4mL,每日1次静脉滴注。2组均15日为1个疗程,1个疗程统计疗效,并观察对脑血流的影响。结果治疗组总有效率95.0%,对照组总有效率62.5%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗后椎动脉(VA)血流速度、基底动脉(BA)血流速度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论疏血通注射液是治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足的有效药物,能提高VA、BA血流速度。

Investigation of Shuxuetong injection on the treatment of vertebrobasilar artery insufficiency

Objective To investigate the effect of Shuxuetong injection on the treatment of vertebrobasilar artery insufficiency (VBI) and cerebral blood flow. Methods 80 patients with VBI were randomly divided into control group, which was treated by 0.9% Sodium Chloride Injection and Venoruton Injections, and treatment group, which was treated by 0.9% Sodium Chloride Injection and Shuxuetong injection. The therapeutic course was 15 days in both groups. Results The total effective rate in treatment group (95.0%) was superior to that in control group in improvement of ECG (62.5%, P<0.05). The VA and BA in treatment group were superior to those in control group. Conclusion Shuxuetong injection was more effective on the treatment of vertebro-basilar artery insufficiency.
