| 摘 要： | 目的 提高对肾上腺偶发瘤的诊治水平。方法 对27例肾上腺偶发瘤的临床资料进行分析。结果 27例中,B超诊断21例,占77.8％,CT及MRI检查发现6例。27例均行手术治疗,效果满意。结论 在健康查体时应常规作肾上腺B超,对肾上腺偶发瘤直径>2.0cm者应手术治疗,而直径<0.2cm者可定期随访。

| Abstract: | Objective To improve the diagnosis and treatmtnt of adrenal incidentalomas. Methods The clinical data of 27 caese with adrenal incideritatomas were analyzed. Results Of 27 cases 21 77 . 8% were found by B - ul-tresonography ,6 cases by CT and MRI. 27 cases were surgically treated and achieved satisfactory curative effect. Conclusion B ultresonography of the adrenals should be performed routinely in health examination. Open operations shnuld be undertaken for adrenal incidentalomas greater than 2. 0 cm in diameter,and the tumors smaller than 2.0 cm should be followed up. |
