| 摘 要： | 目的：提高睾丸扭转的诊治水平。方法：回顾性总结4例睾丸扭转误诊为腹股沟嵌顿疝患者的诊治资料，结合文献进行分析。结果：4例患者均经手术确诊为睾丸扭转，1例手术复位后，随访半年，睾丸逐渐萎缩，3例行睾丸切除和对侧睾丸固定术。结论：无论是睾丸扭转还是腹股沟嵌顿疝，主张尽早手术探查。

| Abstract: | Objective: To improve the treating and diagnosing method of volvulus of testis. Method: We reviewed and andlyzed 4 cases data of volvus of testis misdiagnosis inguimal hernia. Result: All the 4 cases were diagnosed volvulns of testis through operating one case was restorated 3 cases were insion of testis and were fixed in the other side. Conclusion: It's very important to research through operating wether volvulus of testis or inguimal hernia. |
