从系统论角度探讨降低剖宫产率的可行性

目的:从系统论角度探讨医院近6年降低剖宫产率的对策与成效,为降低剖宫产率提供依据与对策。方法提高产科医师的责任意识;重视产痛对剖宫产率的影响;严格掌握剖宫产手术指征;规范产科医师的阴道助产技术培训和考核制度;严格剖宫产准入制度;规范孕期健康教育:结果:在我国剖宫产率逐年大幅度升高的大环境下,我院近6年剖宫产率逐年下降至20.90%,明显低于广州市海珠区二级和三级医院的平均水平。结论:通过高剖宫产率的成因和各因素之间的关系进行动态综合分析,采取系统措施降低剖宫产率是切实可行的。

Study on feasibility of decreasing cesarean-section(CS) rate in system theory view

Objective: To evaluate the decreasing cesarean-section policy application and its effectiveness in 2nd People Hospital in Guangdong Province in current 6 years and provide evdence and suggestions to decrease cesarean-section rate. Methods: increased responsible of obstetrician, paid attention to the influence of labor pain on cesarean section rate, guided strictly the indication of cesarean section, applicated forceps delivery of obstetrician technique training, examination and developed health education to parturiens. Results: The increasing cesarean section rate in China was a trend in current years, but the rate in 2nd People Hospital in Guangdong Province had decreased to 20.90% in 2006. it was significantly lower than the average level of secondary and tertiary hospital in Haizhu District in Guangzhou. Conclusion: It was feasable to decrease cesarean section rate through dynamic systematic analysis of key factors influced cesarean section.
