疾病监测信息报告系统使用前后法定报告传染病疫情分析

目的对“疾病监测信息报告系统”使用前(2001￣2003年)、后(2004年)的法定传染病报告情况进行对比,对系统进行评价,揭示系统的成效及存在的问题。方法对2001￣2003年、2004年传染病报告发病率作对比。结果2001￣2003年武汉市甲乙类传染病相对稳定,报告发病率差异无统计学意义,在没有流行病学资料支持的情况下,2004年报告发病率出现极显著差异。结论报告系统的改变使疫情报告方式发生很大变化,减少了中间环节造成的漏报,传染病报告率上升,从而导致传染病报告发病率上升,其中乙肝和肺结核报告发病率增长最明显,这主要是由乙肝和肺结核重、错报引起,急需改善疾病监测信息报告系统的查重功能,增加判断疾病的智能系统,提高传染病报告的准确性。

Analysis on the epidemic status of notifiable communicable diseases before and after the application of the Diseases Surveillance Information Reporting System

Objective The present study was conducted to compare the reporting situation of notifiable communicable diseases before (from 2001 to 2003) and after (2004) the application of the Diseases Surveillance Information Reporting System, with the evaluation of the effects and problems of the system involved. Methods The reported incidences of communicable diseases in 2001, 2002, 2003, and 2004 were compared. Results A and B communicable diseases were relative stable in Wuhan City from 2001 to 2003, and the difference of the reported incidences had no statistical significance. In 2004, very significant difference of the reported incidences occurred without the support of the epidemiological data. Conclusion Great changes had taken place in the reporting mode of the epidemic status for the change of the reporting system. The failure reports resulted from the medium links decreased and the reported incidences of the communicable diseases increased, so the reported incidences of the communicable diseases rose. Among the communicable diseases, the reported incidences of hepatitis B and pulmonary tuberculosis increased most obviously, which were mainly caused by the repeating and false reporting of the two diseases. The function of checking repetition in the Diseases Surveillance Information Reporting System should be improved at once, the intellectual system to judge the diseases should be added, and the accuracy of reporting communicable diseases should be enhanced.
