摘    要:探讨慢性血液透析患者维生素D受体基因多态性对骨代谢的影响。方法用DEXA法测定了201例维持性血液透析患者的骨密度,用RFLPs解析法分析VDR的基因多态性,同时考察两者间的关系。

Abstract:Objective To study the gene diversity of vitamin D receptor(VDR) in chronic hemodialysis patients and its effect on bone mineral supersession. Methods In two hundred and one chronic hemodialysis patients bone mineral density was studied with DEXA method and the gene diversity of VDR with RFLP analysis.Their relation was also observed. Results Chronic hemodialysis patients with VDR gene type of Bb had higher numerical value of HS PTH but lower numerical value of bone mineral density of lumbar vertebrae and radius as compared with other types of gene diversity. Conclusion Bone metabolism in chronic hemodialysis patients is affected by inheritance factors such as clinical gene types of VDR and may predict the occurrence of osteoporosis and other bone mineral diseases of kidney origin as well as to provide guidelines for treatment.
