| 摘 要： | 目的：观察和分析急性心肌梗塞（ＡＭＩ）时血小板计数（ＢＰＣ）及平均血小板体积（ＭＰＶ）的变化。方法：用ＭＩＣＲＯ－ＯＴ－１８型全自动自细胞分析仪对５２例ＡＭＩ患者的ＢＰＣ和ＭＰＶ进行测定，并与５０例健康者体者的检测值做对照。结果：发现ＡＭＩ患者的ＢＰＣ比对照组显著减少（Ｐ〈０．０１），ＭＰＶ比对照组显著增大（Ｐ〈０．０５）。结论：ＡＭＩ患者冠状动脉血栓的形成可能与ＭＰＶ增大有一定关系，而与血小板的

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the changes in parameters of the blood platelets in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI) Methods: The blood platelet count(BPC)and the mean platelet volume(MPV)were measured by the MICRO OT 18 style hematological autoanalyser in 52 patients with AMI, and 50 normal subjects as control group Results: It find out that the BPC of the patients with AMI was significantly reduced ( P <0 01) and the MPV of these patients was significantly larger ( P< 0 05) than the control group Conclusion: The coronary thrombosis of the patients with AMI may be concerned with the increase of the platelet volume, but there is not relations with the quantity of the platelet |
