茂名市桑拿从业人员艾滋病防治知识调查

目的了解茂名市区桑拿从业人员相关行为、生活态度、艾滋病知识知晓及自我保护意识情况,为开展艾滋病防控工作提供依据。方法自行制定调查问卷,随机抽取市区桑拿从业人员进行艾滋病相关知识调查。结果桑拿从业人员获得艾滋病知识的途径主要是通过电视广播(80.8%),其次为听别人说(58.7%)和通过报刊宣传资料(36.6%)。艾滋病知识知晓率平均值为73.80%,处于中等水平,不同的知识间的知晓率存在较大差异(χ2=92.90,P<0.01)。三大传播途径的知晓率分别为:性接触感染87.8%,血液传播84.9%,母婴传播66.9%。最近两次发生性关系时安全套的使用率为48.3%;不同文化水平对艾滋病知识的掌握亦有差异;对国家的"四免一关怀"政策知晓率为29.7%。结论根据该人群的薄弱环节选择最适宜的有针对性的宣传方式以及开展全民艾滋病预防知识宣传教育,大力推广使用安全套,是现阶段预防控制艾滋病的有效干预措施之一。

Questionnaire Analysis on Knowledge of AIDS Prevention among Sauna Entertainment Practitioners in Maoming City
