2009年厦门市思明区食品安全监测与分析

摘    要:目的了解思明区主要食品的卫生状况,为有效开展食品安全工作提供科学依据。方法抽样水产干制品、干食用菌、茶叶、蜜饯、直饮水、水果蔬菜等11类食品214份,开展化学污染物和微生物检测。结果此次监测的直饮水、水产干制品和干食用菌超标率很高,分别为26.4%、37.5%和82.4%。结论问题食品应该引起重视,建议加强食品安全监测体系和技术能力建设,加快国家标准的更新步伐。
