| 摘 要： | 目的评价小切口椎板间开窗术对治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法随机选择2006年1月～2008年12月间采用小切口椎板间开窗术治疗的腰椎间盘突出症的患者60例,及半椎板切除术的患者24例,随访评价两组术后疗效。结果两术式术后疗效无显著性差异,但两术式在手术时间、术中出血及切口长度及术后卧床时间、术后住院时间、手术后恢复工作情况上都有显著性差异,前者明显优于后者。结论小切口椎板间开窗手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症术后疗效肯定,对脊柱稳定性破坏小,并发症少,是一种值得推广的治疗腰椎间盘突出症安全有效的手术方式。
