| 摘 要： | 目的了解武汉市城市社区中老年人健康相关问题,寻求符合现代中老年人生活方式的健康教育与健康促进策略。方法对有一定工作基础的新、老两个社区,采取了系统随机抽样方法,进行入户问卷调查。结果城市社区高血压、冠心病等慢性病患病为影响中老年人的主要健康问题;中老年人健康体检行为较差,其根本原因是对体检重要性认识不够;中老年人身体不适首选去正规大医院,其次去零售药店买药,再次才是社到区卫生服务中心(站)。结论针对中老年人主要健康问题,加强综合性和连续性的社区保健和健康教育势在必行;加大健康体检的宣传教育力度,对中老年人的体检费用问题,政府应给与适当关注;应继续加强对社区卫生服务中心(站)的医务工作者专业培训,提高他们的业务素质;要加大对社区卫生服务中心功能的宣传力度,加强健康教育工作,逐步提升其可信度,使之真正成为保障人民健康的机制。
