广州市部分医院医疗污水消毒处理现状调查

目的了解广州市部分医院医疗污水处理达标状况,为有效处理医院污水排放提供依据。方法 2008年对广州市内的省级、市级和厂企60家医疗单位排放的医疗污水进行采样检验,用装有硫代硫酸钠中和剂的灭菌污水玻璃采样瓶采集污水总排放口污水共2瓶,每瓶各500毫升进行致病微生物的培养鉴定,现场用袖珍余氯分析仪吸光检测总余氯浓度。结果 103份污水样品中28份粪大肠菌群超标,全部污水样品均未检出致病菌,微生物指标合格率72.8%。总余氯19份达不到标准,总余氯合格率81.6%,总合格率67.9%。结论医疗污水的消毒处理要加强管理,科学合理地使用消毒器械和消毒剂。

Investigation on Status of Medical Sewage Disinfection in Some Hospitals in Guangzhou
