| 摘 要： | 目的探讨腰椎间盘突出症患者经非手术治疗后,其临床症状及影像学的转归趋势。方法以2007年7月~2009年1月因腰椎间盘突出症经非手术方法治疗,资料完整的30例为研究对象,按JOA下腰痛评分标准(29分法)和MRI吸收率对病人转归进行分析评定。结果JOA评分治疗前平均10.97分,治疗后平均24.90分,两者比较有显著统计学意义。MRI前后对比测量发现,70%(21/30)发生缩小,10%(3/30)没有明显变化,20%(6/30)增大,发生明显缩小的5例中4例为巨大型游离型的腰椎间盘突出。而8例突出物中等程度以上缩小的患者,初诊MRI显示突出率多为30%。发生稍微缩小、不变以及增大者,初诊时突出率30%,突出类型多为膨出型以及后纵韧带下型。结论大部分腰椎间盘突出症患者的临床症状经非手术治疗后能得到显著改善,突出物的影像学显示能够显著缩小,特别是破裂型突出。
