体外实验中CSF-1对小鼠骨髓和巨噬细胞的影响

摘    要:采用体外培养方法,观察集落刺激因子-1(CSF-1)对小鼠骨髓细胞和腹腔巨噬细胞的影响。结果发现在新鲜分离的骨髓细胞中,巨噬细胞只占4.5%,在含有CSF-1(100u/ml)的培养体系中,经过7~8d培养巨噬细胞的比例达98%。这些细胞能粘附于塑料表面,呈典型的巨噬细胞形态。研究结果还表明CSF-1对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬、杀菌能力和抗病毒(VSV)能力都有明显的增强作用。

Abstract:This paper reported the effect of CSF-1 on the murine bonemarrow cells and peritoneal macrophages. The results showed that the relative number of the macrophages was only 4.5% and raised to 98% after cultivation for7-8 days in the media containing CSF-1 (1000u/ml). They were capable to adhereto the surface of plastic plates and showed typical morphology of macrophage.The results also demonstrated that the phagocytosis, bacteriocidal effects andantiviral effect of murine peritoneal macrophages were enhanced in vitro by CSF-1.
