| Abstract: | A procoagulant principle(thrombin-like enzyme, TLE)was isolated and purified from Agkistrodon acutus venom by column chromatography on DEAE Sephade A-50,gel filtration on Sephadex G-75 consecutely. The TLE showed single band on PAGE and the coagulant properties were characterized. |
