张力平衡针法对脑卒中痉挛瘫痪患者血脂和血糖的调节作用

摘    要:目的:观察张力平衡针法对脑卒中痉挛瘫痪患者血脂、血糖的影响。方法 选择脑卒中痉挛瘫痪患者220例。随机法分为A组与B组各110例,分别采用张力平衡针法(A组)与传统针法(B组)进行对照观察,并于治疗前后测定患者血脂、血糖含量的变化。结果:治疗30d后,与治疗前比较2组患者肌张力改善.血脂、血糖指标均有下降,A组与B组比较改善更显著(P〈0.O5)。结论:张力平衡针法能显著改善脑卒中痉挛瘫患心并的肌张力和恢复神经功能,在下调血脂、血糖方面亦优于传统针法组。

Abstract:Objective: To observe the regulatory effects of balanced muscular tension needling method on blood lipid and glucose in the post-stroke patients.Methods:220 cases of post-stroke patients with spastic paralysis were randomly divided into a treatment group treated by balanced muscular tension needling method and a control group by traditional needling method.The levels of blood lipid and glucose were determined.Results: The blood lipid and glucose were reduced,and muscular tension was improved 30 days after treatment as compared with those before treatment,more significant in treatment than in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The balanced muscular tension needling method could obviously improve the muscular tension and recover the nerve function,and effectively down-regulate the blood lipid and glucose in the post-stroke patients with spastic paralysis.
