头孢哌酮舒巴坦治疗淋球菌性尿道炎(宫颈炎)临床研究

目的:探讨头孢哌酮舒巴坦治疗淋球菌性尿道炎(宫颈炎)的疗效,并与大观霉素相对照.方法:确诊为淋病患者130例,随机分为治疗组(头孢哌酮舒巴坦)67例,对照组(大观霉素)63例.治疗组以头孢哌酮舒巴坦2.0g静脉注射,1次/d,连用2d;对照组,男性以大观霉素2.0g肌肉注射,1次/d,女性以大观霉素4.0g肌肉注射,连用2d.结果:治疗组总有效率98.5%,细菌消除率98.5%,不良反应率8.96%;对照组总有效率96.8%,细菌消除率96.8%,不良反应率7.94%.两组总有效率经x2检验,差异无显著性.结论:头孢哌酮舒巴坦治疗淋球菌性尿道炎(宫颈炎)安全有效.

Clinical study of cefoperazone sulbactam in the treatment of gonococcal urethritis and cervicitis

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of cefoperazone sulbactam in the treatment of gonococcal urethritis and cervicitis and compare with spectinomycin. Methods: 130 cases with gonococcal urethritis and cervicitis were randomly divided into treatment group(n=67) and control group(n=63).Treatment group was treated with cefoperazone/sulbactam in a once daily dose of 2.0 g by veinal injection for 2 days. Control group was treated with spectinomycin, the cases of male were received spectinomycin in a once daily dose of 2.0 g for 2 days,the cases of female were received spectinomycin in a once daily of 4.0 g for 2 days. The efficacy and safety were observed before and after the treatment.Results: The total effective rates and bacteria elimination rates and side-effect rates of treatment group and control group were 98.5% and 96.8%,98.5% and 96.8%,8.96%,7.94%,respectively. No significant difference was observed between two groups. Conclusion: Cefoperazone sulbactam is effective and safe in the treatment of gonococcal urethritis and cervicitis.
