| 摘 要： | 目的探讨Gleevec对顺铂耐药卵巢癌细胞COC1的诱导凋亡作用。方法用Gleevec处理COC1细胞，采用MTT法检测Gleevec联合顺铂对细胞增殖的影响。HE染色显微镜下观察细胞，电镜下观察细胞形态学的变化。结果Gleevec显著提高了COC1／DDP对顺铂的敏感性（P〈0．05）；2．5～10μg／ml顺铂与1．0μmol／L Gleevec合用表现为协同作用，2．5～10μg／ml顺铂与2．5～10μmol／L Gleevec合用表现为相加作用。在Gleevec的作用下COC1细胞呈现明显的凋亡改变，形成凋亡小体。结论Gleevec能够诱导顺铂耐药卵巢癌细胞COC1的凋亡。

| Abstract: | Objective The study was designed to investigate the effect of Gleevec on induction of apopto sis in Ovarian Cancer cell. Methods MTT assay was used to analyze inhibitory effect of Gleevec and with DDP on COC1 cell. The changes of apoptosis were observed with HE staining invertmicroscope and transmission electron microscope. Results Gleevec enhanced COC1/DDP cells sensitivity to DDP significiantly （P 〈 0.05） ; 2.5- 10μg/ml DDP with 1.0μmol/L Gleevec performanced the function of conjunction,2.5-10 μg/ml DDP with 2.5-10 μmol/LConclusions The Gleevec can induce the apoptosis of drug- resistant ovarian tumor cell enhance the apoptosis of drug- resistant ovarian carcinoma cell induced by DDP. |
