摘    要:目的 通过响应面分析的方法对发酵生产替考拉宁的培养基进行优化,以提高其产量.方法 以一株替考游动放线菌SIIA 04-7-34为试验菌株,采用逐因子实验法确定替考拉宁合成考察因素的参考范围,再采用Plackett-Burman设计法进行培养基的优化.结果 13个实验因子中筛选到3个显著影响因子:葡萄糖、KH2PO4和接种龄.结论 综合评价实验结果表明:优化发酵条件后,替考拉宁发酵产量提高23.3%,实验值与预测值基本相符.
