| Abstract: | Bone marrow derived mesenchymal stem cells（BMSCs） can differentiate into multiple cell lineages such as osteoblasts,chondrocytes,and adipocytes.Furthermore,it is relatively easily harvested.So,it has wide applications in tissue engineering and regenerative medicine.Under a specific micro-environment,BMSCs can differentiate into several cell lines.However,the research about fibroblastic differentiation of BMSCs is limited.BMSCs derived fibroblast is associated with many diseases including tumor and fibrosis.This review article will focus on the research advances in the isolation,differentiation and associated diseases of BMSCs. |
