| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨重危住院患者抗生素相关性腹泻(antibiotic associated diarrhea,AAD)的发病率、临床特点及防治措施.方法 对某院2007年1月-2010年12月间的住院患者进行回顾性调查分析.结果 使用抗生素的4431例患者有174例发生AAD,发病率为3.93%,AAD的发生与患者高龄、基础疾病严重情况、抗生素使用种类、联合用药数量及疗程等因素相关.所有AAD患者经停用或换用抗生素、服用微生态制剂,加强支持治疗后均好转.结论AAD是一种常见的抗生素治疗的并发症,在重危患者中发病率较高,合理使用抗生素,严格控制广谱抗生素的使用,是预防控制AAD的关键.
