| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the skills of microsurgery for the tumors of craniocervical junction and its curative effect. Method The clinical data of 27 patients with craniocervical junction tumors, who underwent the microsurgery from January, 2007 to August, 2010, were analyzed retrospectively, including clinical and imaging manifestatins, microsurgical method and follow-up outcomes.
