| 摘 要： | 目的:分析单侧唇裂术后唇红凹陷缺损的分类,探讨局部修复方法.方法:收集单侧唇裂术后继发唇红凹陷缺损患者112例,按照唇红凹陷缺损的程度及形状将其分类,并根据各型分类,利用上唇自身组织进行修复.结果:106例取得满意效果,6例较满意,无不满意病例.结论:单侧唇裂术后唇红凹陷缺损能通过上唇自身组织取得较好的局部修复效果,尽量避免运用邻近或远位组织修复,除非缺损较大.
