| 摘 要： | 近年研究表明,合并高尿酸血症的高血压患者发生心血管事件的危险性增加。文章介绍了高尿酸血症与高血压、心血管疾病相互关系的流行病学依据,重点阐述高血压并发高尿酸血症患者降尿酸药物的选择及高血压药物对尿酸排泄的影响。

| Abstract: | Recent clinical and epidemiological studies demonstrated that elevated level of serum uric acid(SUA) is an independent risk factor for essential hypertension(EH),and that hypertension complicated with hyperuricemia may increase the risk of cardiovascular events.This paper focuses on epidemiological evidences linked to correlation among hyperuricemia,hypertension and cardiovascular diseases.The pathogenesis of interaction between hyperuricemia and hypertension was illustrated.Selection of SUA-lowering agents... |
