| 摘 要： | 随着中国人民生活水平的提高和生活方式的改变,糖尿病和脂肪肝的发病率均呈逐年升高趋势,糖尿病与肝病两者关系密切,相互影响,糖尿病能导致肝脏结构及功能损害而肝脏疾病导致糖耐量异常及糖尿病,二者形成恶性循环,最终预后不良。这里仅就糖尿病与肝病作以评述。
