| 摘 要： | 目的探讨分段梯度疗法对痉挛型脑瘫(SCP)的疗效。方法将2007年2月至2009年2月收治的、符合入选标准的SCP患者配对入组并随机分为梯度治疗组和常规治疗组,共34对病例;分别给予分段梯度疗法和常规疗法治疗;治疗前和治疗后6个月进行脑瘫分项功能、脑瘫痉挛临床分项、肌力及总体疗效评估。结果梯度治疗组术后6个月脑瘫分项功能评分如卧姿、立姿、步姿及蹲立变换等明显优于常规治疗组(P<0.05);两组术后6个月肌张力和肌力评分均较术前有显著改善(P<0.05),且梯度治疗组术后6个月肌张力和肌力评分均优于常规治疗组(P<0.05);梯度治疗组的疗效为"优"患者百分比明显高于常规治疗组(P<0.05)。结论分段梯度疗法可有效提高SCP患者的疗效。
