| 摘 要： | 近年来,干细胞治疗作为一项治疗人类多种疾病的崭新技术,相关的基础研究与临床试验呈现出快速增长的趋势,该文对胚胎干细胞,成体干细胞及诱导性多能干细胞当前的进展情况进行了综述,干细胞临床治疗拥有广阔的发展前景。

| Abstract: | In recent years,stem cell therapy as a novel approach for the treatment of many human diseases,related basic research and clinical trials have a rapidly growth tendency.In this thesis,we review the current pro-gress on embryonic stem cells,adult stem cells and induced pluripotent stem cells,respectively.Lots of encoura-ging results show that stem cell therapy has great potentials in clinical application. |
