| 摘 要： | 目的:观察善宁与垂体后叶素治疗食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血的临床疗效.方法:将72例肝硬化门脉高压食管胃底静脉出血患者分为善宁组和垂体后叶素组,进行临床疗效的对比观察.结果:善宁组止血明显优于垂体后叶素组.结论:善宁治疗肝硬化食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血疗效确切,副反应少,值得推广.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical effect in treating bleeding in gastro-esophageal varices with Sandostatin and Vasopressin. Methods 72 patients suffered from bleeding in gastro-esophageal varices for cirrhosis were divided into two groups,and clinical effect of Sandostatin and Vasopressin were measured respectively. Results Clinical study showed that Sandostatin in treating bleeding in gastro-esophageal varices was more effective than Vasopressin. Conclusion The effect of Sandostatin in treating of bleeding in gastro-esopheal varices is more effective and safety. |
