| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨氯氮平、舒必利及两药联用对慢性幻听的疗效。方法：将４２例具有慢性幻听的男性病人随机分为三组，分别予氯氮平、舒必利及两药联用，于治疗２、４、８周作简明精神病是一表（ＢＰＲＳ）中幻觉项单项评分评定疗效。结果：治疗结束时联用组显效率为７１．４％，氯氮平组和舒必利组分别为２１．４％、１４．３％。结论：提示氯氮平与舒必利联用能提高对慢性幻听的疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of combined clozapine and sulpiride in the treatment of chronic resistand auditory hallucination. Method:42 male subjects with chronic resistant auditory hallucination were randomly divided into three groups each receiving clozapine,sulpiride and combined treatment respectively for 8 weeks.The clinical response was monitored with BPRS at 2,4 and 8 weeks after starting of treatment. Results:Combined treatment was significantly more effective than either clozapine or sulpiride alone (subjects improved:71 4% vs 21 4%vs 14 3%) in the amelioration of auditory hallucination. Conclusion:A combination of clozapine and sulpiride should be considered in the treatment of chronic resistant hallucination. |
