骨桥蛋白与表皮生长因子受体在食管鳞癌中的表达及临床意义

目的研究骨桥蛋白（osteopontin,OPN）及表皮生长因子受体（epidermal growth factor receptor，EGFR）在食管鳞癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法应用S．P免疫组化技术检测60例食管鳞癌及其相应的癌旁正常组织中OPN和EGFR的表达，并随访6-18个月。结果食管鳞癌组织中OPN和EGFR阳性表达率为80％和71．7％，与癌旁正常组织表达率0和18．3％差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；OPN和EGFR的表达与肿瘤浸润深度、肿瘤临床分期、淋巴结转移程度及生存率有关（P〈0．05），且EGFR与分化程度有关（P〈0．05）；食管鳞癌组织中OPN与EGFR的表达呈正相关（r=0．333，P〈0．05）。结论OPN和EGFR在食管鳞癌组织中的表达与食管鳞癌的发生、发展及预后相关，二者的联合检测可为食管鳞癌的诊断和治疗提供重要信息。

Expressions and Clinical Significance of Osteopontin and EGFR in Esophageal Squamous Cell Carcinoma

Objective To investigate the relationship and clinical significance between the expressions of OPN and EGFR in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.Methods S-P Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expressions of OPN and EGFR in pathological tissues of 60 cases with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and tumor-adjacent normal esophageal tissues.Meanwhile follow-up was done six to eighteen months.Results The positive expression rates of OPN and EGFR in 60 cases with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissues were 80% and 71.7% respectively,and significantly different from the positive expression rates of tumor-adjacent normal esophageal tissues,which were 0 and 18.3% respectively(P<0.05);The expressions of OPN and EGFR were significantly correlated to the TNM stage,tumor infiltrative depth,lymph node metastasis,eighteen-month survival rate(P<0.05) and the expression of EGFR was significantly correlated to differentiation degree(P<0.05).There was positive correlation between the expressions of OPN and EGFR in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and the value of Spearman coefficient correlation was 0.333(P<0.05).Conclusions The expressions of OPN and EGFR were associated with the tumorigenesis,tumor progression and prognosis of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.Simultaneously detecting the expressions of OPN and EGFR may provide important information for the diagnosis and therapy of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.
