| 摘 要： | 目的探讨下肢深静脉血栓（LEDVT）介入治疗的效果。方法237例LEDVT患者接受下肢静脉造影和介入性治疗,其中102例植入永久下腔静脉滤器（IVCF）,11例植入临时IVCF;151例血管内留置导管溶栓;86例导管血栓碎吸基础上导管溶栓;26例股、髂静脉单纯PTA,37例并支架植入。结果介入治疗有效率97.89%,肺栓塞（PE）13例,经介入溶栓均抢救成功。结论经皮经腔介入治疗LEDVT疗效较好。使用插管溶栓、机械性血栓碎吸等个体化组合应用可提高成功率、降低并发症率。
