海水浸泡诱导小鼠肺组织氧自由基的改变及其防护的研究

摘    要:目的:观察海水浸泡条件下,小鼠肺组织氧自由基的改变及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的防护作用。方法:选用120只小鼠,随机分组,检测其SOD活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量的变化。结果:除未注射SOD的小鼠,在海水浸泡20分钟组SOD活性稍高且无统计学意义外,其余各组SOD活性均较相应对照组低,并均有显著性差异(P<0.01),而MDA含量变化则相反。注射SOD小鼠浸泡不同时间后,其各时间点SOD活性均较未注射SOD小鼠者高,而MDA含量变化则相反并与注射SOD的剂量有关。结论:海水浸泡可诱导小鼠肺组织氧自由基的改变,并有可能引起肺组织损伤,而注射SOD对小鼠肺组织氧自由基的改变有防护作用。因此,为加强对海水浸泡伤害的防护,使用SOD制剂值得推荐。

Abstract:Aim:To investigate the free radical change in lung tissue of mice after seawater irnmer-sion and the preventive effect of superoxide dismutase(SOD). Methods:l20 mice were randomly divid-ed into various groups(normal control groups and groups with or without SOD injection and with seawa-ter immersion of different time duration ) and the SOD activity and malondialdehyde ( MDA)content were measured. Results: In the mice without SOD injection,the SOD activities in various groups were all significantly lower than that in the respective control groups(P<0. 01) with the exception of the 20 min seawater immersion group, in which the SOD activity was slightly increased but insignificantly;whereas the MDA contents showed a contrary change. In the mice with SOD injection,the SOD activi- ties were all higher than that without SOD injection in all the groups with different time duration of sea-water immersion,and the significance of change was related to the dose of SOD injected; whereas the MDA contents also showed a contrary change. Conclusion: Seawater immersion could induce the change of free radicals and would then lead to the injury of lung tissue. The injection of SOD could prevent the change of free radicals in the lung tissue, and therefore,SOD injection is suggested for the prevention of seawater immersion damages to the lung.
