关节冲洗后注射玻璃酸钠治疗膝骨关节炎的疗效观察

目的观察膝关节冲洗后注射玻璃酸钠治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法 64例符合标准的膝骨关节炎患者随机分为两组,每组为32例。Ⅰ组为在关节冲洗后注射玻璃酸钠,Ⅱ组为直接注射玻璃酸钠。分别于治疗后1、3、6个月采用膝关节功能计分标准对两组患者的关节功能进行评分。结果两组患者膝关节功能评分经重复测量方法分析存在分组效应和时间效应。不同时点评分比较:治疗后1、3、6个月,Ⅰ组评分高于Ⅱ组,差异有统计学意义。结论膝骨关节炎患者关节冲洗后应用玻璃酸钠和直接注射玻璃酸钠均能缓解膝关节疼痛,改善膝关节功能,但关节冲洗的近中期疗效优于直接注射玻璃酸钠。

Observation of Curative Effect of Joint Lavage After Injectionof Sodium Hyaluronate in the Treatment of Osteoarthritis of the Knee

Objective To observe the clinical effect of knee joint after fiushing the injection of sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods 64 cases of knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided in accordance with the standard into two groups, each group of 32 cases. A group of sodium hyaluronate injection in articularrinse, two groups of direct injection of sodium hyaluronate. In one month after treatment, three months and six months using the function of knee joint score standardjoint function of the patients in the two group. Results The two groups of patients with knee function score by repeated measurement analysis of existingpacket and time effect. Comparison of different time pointsscore： one month, three months, six months after treatment, a group was higher than that of two groups, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The application of sodium hyaluronate and direct injection of sodium hyaluronate in patients with osteoarthritis of the knee jointafter washing can alleviate the pain of knee joint, and improve the function of knee joint, but the joint lavagemid-term curative effect is better than that of directinjection of sodium hyaluronate.
