医院感染现患率调查分 析

目的了解医院感染情况，提高医务人员的感染控制意识，为预防和控制医院感染提供可靠的理论依据。方法采用横断面的调查方法，对住院患者进行医院感染现患率调查。结果调查当日住院患者1614人次，医院感染率为2．35％，例次感染率2．6％。感染科室以ICU、脑外科高发，感染部位以下呼吸道感染为首。结论对感染高科室重点监控，加强病房环境卫生的清洁、消毒，严格执行无菌操作规程，提高医务人员手卫生的依从性及合理使用抗菌药物对降低医院感染率有着重要的意义。

Investigation and Analysis of Nosocomial Infection Prevalence Rate

Objective To understand nosocomial infections and improve the awareness of infection control of the medical staff so as to provide a theoretical basis for the prevention and controlling of hospital infection. Methods A cross-sectional survey methodology was used to investigate the prevalence rate of nosoeomial infection in hospitalized patients. Results 1 614 inpatients were investigated; the hospital infection rate was 2.35%, case infection rate was 2.6%. ICU and Department of Brain Surgery had a high incidence of hospital infection rate, and infection occurred mainly in the lower respiratory tract infection. Conclusion Inten- sively monitoring the departments with a high incidence of hospital infection, strengthening the cleaning and disinfection of the en- vironment of the ward, strictly implementing the aseptic operation procedures, increasing the medical staff hand hygiene compli- ance and rationally using antimicrobial drugs have an important significance in reducing hospital infection.
